Ume YukariIt is the most popular souvenir in Yanagiya. It is a refreshing tea with kelp soup and Ume (Japanese plum) smell, and it has become popular among people of a wide generation from young people to older people. Not only drinking as tea, it also goes well with rice balls and Japanese pickles.
Kurobe and SirobeIt is a Maruboro, specialty sweets of Saga Prefecture, sticking to fermented foods such as soy sauce koji and mirin (sweet sake). It is a body-friendly and deep flavor. Kurobe (black one) uses abundant brown sugar in Okinawa Prefecture, Sirobe (white one) uses ginger and sugar as raw materials.
