It is a park in the garden of Yutoku Inari Shrine, one of the three most famous shrines dedicated to Inari. It is famous for the beautiful flowers every season such as cherry blossoms, plum blossoms and cosmos. From April to May, various azaleas blossom on the slope of the mountain of Higashiyama Park. There is an observatory on the mountainside, and you can overlook the Yutoku Inari Shrine.
