The chef buys fresh seafood sent directly from the market on the Genkai Sea to offer high-quality sushi. He has worked at Kawasho, a sushi restaurant in Nakasu, Fukuoka. Under the motto of “Using locally produced ingredients,” most ingredients used by the restaurant are produced in Saga Prefecture. In addition to specialty sushi, tempura and course meals featuring meat are also very popular.
