This restaurant is filled with an appetizing aroma of grilled eel. We use eel produced in Kyushu, and grill it after accepting each order. We softly steam Yumeshizuku rice grown in Saga Prefecture, which is an ideal accompaniment for eel, in a gas pot, and top it with nicely grilled eel and a traditional sauce. Savor the flavor we have cherished in our history of 54 years.
