Aiming to become a restaurant that is not only loved by local people but also appeals to tourists so strongly that they make every effort to reach us, we serve ramen as a starting point, champon noodles, chop suey-topped rice, sushi topped with grilled Saga Beef, Saga’s local specialty called “Sicilian rice”, dishes made with Kashima’s specialties, including mutsugoro and warasubo, nationally famous Saga Beef, and specialty sake brewed in Kashima.
