Yakiniku Dontokoi

We mainly use Saga beef, and have won public trust as a restaurant that offers high-quality items. We use pure pork raised with the rich water of Unzen, while using Hyuga-jidori chicken grown in Miyazaki. The entrails we use are products of Saga Prefecture, treated in the Taku slaughterhouse, and the rice we use is Sagabiyori, while the vegetables are grown in Kashima.
