Ramen Sho

We use our specialty soup prepared by carefully cooking the bone and back fat of domestically produced pork for two days, and Ramugi, wheat developed for ramen. Noodles made with Ramugi and our soup perfectly complement each other. The restaurant building is a renovated house with horigotatsu—foot warmers fixed in a sunken floor—for all customers.
