We purchase fresh eels early in the morning and grill it over charcoal fire.
In the past, we used eels caught from Ariake Sea, but now it is difficult because the number of fishermen has decreased due to the aging population. Therefore, we use delicious eels such as from Kagoshima or Miyazaki Prefecture. The secret sauce used for seasoning of eels has not changed since its foundation.
Besides the eel, the big octopus is popular.
Please come to eat the eel when you visit Sakagura-dori
We sell eels by weight. Since the eel is put in a pack and a plastic bag, it is popular as a souvenir of Sakagura-dori of Hizen Hamashuku. Of course, you can eat freshly grilled eels on the spot. If you buy the eel, please make a reservation in advance as much as possible.
We also sell grilled fish
We sell grilled fish daily, such as salmon and salt whale.
