Taichiji Temple

It is a temple of Soto Buddhist temple and is the temple of Nabeshima family (the lord of Hizen Kashima) as well as Fumyoji Temple. It was founded in 1623 by Tadashige Nabeshima, the first lord of the Hizen Kashima. In Taichiji Temple, there is a burial of the remains of Tadashige and the succession lords. Buddha statue is designated as Kajima City Important Cultural Properties.
